   MT 4:4 Jesus answered, "It is written: `Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.' "
2. People thrive in an atmosphere of grace. 
   2TH 2:16-17 May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal encouragement and good hope, encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good deed and word.
3. Every member is a vital part of a healthy church.
   1CO 12:27 Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.
4. Faith-based risks are essential to achieving God’s purposes.   
   EPH 3:20-21 Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.
5. Timeless truths are best communicated in culturally relevant ways. 
   1 Cor. 9:22 To the weak I became weak, to win the weak. I have become all things to all men so that by all possible means I might save some
